Sports Recovery
Our Sports Recovery sessions at WellSpace are designed to support your body’s ability to recover, move, and perform at its best. These one-on-one, hands-on sessions focus on improving flexibility, restoring mobility, and reducing post-workout stiffness and fatigue. Clients can choose between half-body or full-body assisted stretching sessions, each tailored to target areas of tension, restriction, or overuse. These sessions do not include chiropractic adjustments and are intended purely for recovery and performance support—not injury care.
In addition to stretching, we offer advanced recovery tools such as red light therapy and Normatec compression therapy to further enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and speed up muscle recovery. Whether you're an athlete, active professional, or simply someone looking to move and feel better, our Sports Recovery sessions provide a safe and effective way to reset the body and stay ahead of the demands of daily life or training.
